Di Saat Aku Takut & Lemah...

semalam baru siapkan 1 entri...then now kluar another entri pulak..hehe

'something' happenned yesterday, siapa friend dgn aku di FB or follow kat Twitter maybe ada baca kisah semalam..

maybe tak cukup scary untuk orang yang lebih kuat dari aku..haha..tapi untuk aku yang agak weak ni, terus demam semalam T_T sekarang boleh la haha..semalam macam nak tkluar jantung aku!

so pagi ni kita work from home dulu, luckily buat Herbalife! u can choose where & when u wanna work! Aku teguk shake, aloe + NW, teamix & NRG...makan 2 biji calcium plus (untuk tulang yg sihat & kuat...kot2 org nak masuk rumah cm semalam boleh la aku buat self-defense kan?hihi), omega 3 & TC formula.sebenarnya everyday mmg consume all Herbalife's inner nutrition :) demam pun dah ok sikit, hopefully petang camni dah boleh lasak sikit! Aku makin sakit kalau lama2 duduk rumah, rasa kurang produktif sebab tak cakap dengan ramai orang..

berbalik pada tajuk entri...hehe...

kalau orang yang sorang2 cam aku, sometimes mesti akan ada rasa takut..tak semestinya takut hantu je la kan, kalau cam aku..aku takut orang!kot2 ada orang selalu nampak kita sorang2 ke, nak ambik kesempatan ke..huhu

BUT just remember that while your family is far away from you, you still need to be thankful! WHY? Because you still have them! Ada lagi orang lain kat luar sana yang hidup sebatang kara...therefore you need to be thankful! *insaf,note to myself too*
Do u believe that God always care? Family kita jauh tapi Tuhan datangkan sidelines yang sangat mengambil berat..tak mampu nak balas budi diorang.. :')

While my mum is miles away, I always have this 2 sidelines yg sgt caring...dah rasa cam mak sendiri.

Time aku tengah siapkan entri ni, Kak Zai call! Ajak ke booth malam ni, aku on je la...pastu siap tanya, "Tintin ok ke tu? nak ada polis escort ke malam ni?" hahaha..tak boleh blah soalan dia!amboiiiii...

Masa jumpa Kak Zai & Kak Halima mula2 dulu, teringat mummy selalu cakap...kat sekolah, dia tolong jagakan anak2 orang yang tinggal di asrama. Bila kita berkorban, tolong jaga anak orang nanti Tuhan akan datangkan orang2 baik yang akan tolong jagakan anak kita...besarnya kuasa Tuhan itu. Syukur :')

Bila aku dah rasa sangat lemah, aku percaya je..kita manusia memang lemah, kita kuat sebab Tuhan yang beri kekuatan..nak dibayangkan sekiranya bergantung pada kekuatan diri sendiri, half day maybe dah 20% je energy tinggal.kadang2 aku takut dengan cabaran yang mendatang tapi aku pilih untuk percaya bahawa aku didatangkan cabaran tu sebab Tuhan yakin aku mampu mengatasinya...

Just remember that God won't put u into the test that He knows u can't handle..thanks God.

Kalau dengan mudahnya nak give up tu pun pilihan...tapi pilihan yang kurang bijak la..hehe.

I have a BIG DREAM in Herbalife, I do have a STRONG WHY I'm doing it...so I need to stay strong!

Dalam Herbalife ni as long as we stay for 2 years, because this 2 years will be the hardest year bak kata leaders in Herbalife kan...huhu. Aku tak sampai 2 tahun pun lagi so wajib la ada JIWA KENTAL!hihi... Just do the basic things over & over again...with God's will, we're Future President's Team after 5 years..imagine that we have that time freedom, financial freedom...sanggup tak berkorban, paksa diri jadi kuat sekarang? :)

So saat aku takut & lemah, aku sandarkan kepercayaan pada Tuhan. 

God will always be there for us :') just BELIEVE in Him.

Tak boleh decide pun in the beginning untuk ke STS Kuching last week but bila doa2, macam banyak kali teringat downlines di Kuching which is mostly UNIMAS' students.1 of the main reason kenapa keep on teringat sebab selalu flashback when I started doing Herbalife kat universiti..bangun tido teringat Kuching lagi so I've make up my mind and bought flight ticket to go to Kuching...good news masa tu beli 5 early bird tickets tapi downlines yg datang ada 5, so beli another extra ticket. :) keep promoting and inviting till the last seconds!hahaha...
Paling best, sebab pegi Kuching bayar tiket STS sama macam orang lain but QUALIFY SPECIAL TRAINING + we attended the SPECIAL DINNER too!!!!!woohoo~happy tu tahap boleh buat chicken dance la..hahaha

Kali ni tak tau kenapa rasa sangat touching bila pandang muka2 downlines baru...ke memang aku selalu touching2?hahaha...it's okay to cry for something or somebody that worth it, right?

To all my downlines who put their trust on me, I'm not telling u that Herbalife will be so easy in the beginning..but I can promise u that when we work hard together and always have each others' back; we will grow very fast and all of our hard work will be worth it. BELIEVE! T.E.A.M sounds so great when people said it means TOGETHER EVERYONE ACHIEVES MORE. :')

Next..flashback during the training, Clint once talked about 'DEAL'...he said, try to make a deal with your loved ones like "in the next 5 years, I will work very hard. I won't be able to see u often..BUT the reason why I'm doing it because I want to spend the time after the next 5 years with u."

serius touching sangat (lap2 air mata dlm training hall) sebab a week before aku decide untuk attend this training, I've to choose to go to the training or to stay home to celebrate my lil' brother's birthday. 

Bila keep on doa tu, Tuhan akan beri jalan terbaik..just remember that God will make a way when there seems to be no way.. :') thanks God.

At last when I bought my flight ticket, I apologized to Celestine (my lil' brother). I promised him to work hard, get home & bring his chocolate cake as soon as possible..luckily he understand that..I love u lil' bro!seriously bila dengar training Clint, teringat deal yang aku buat dengan adik aku.

Another 1 more thing that Clint had talked about is very meaningful...he said "If u want to take care of your mum, give her the BEST! coz mum always give u her best!" :')

No matter how hard it seems to be, how many hours I have to work...I'll always do my very best!coz mny mum deserve the best from me...I'll do my very best for my entire family, both my real family & my Herbalife family. By hook or by crook MUST work very hard to change my pin very fast, most important is to be a Gen-H President Team.. Amen.
Again, why I will stay??? I need to stay for myself, my future and my beloved family!

"Member" Aku Kata

Hello readers :)

Common question, have you had your shake today?

Hehe...this entry suddenly pops-out of my mind few days ago, but it takes me more than a day to complete it.. :)

Actually fenomena "member" aku kata ni long time ago selalu terjadi pada aku..I'm too busy listening & pleasing others. Sampai kat ! point where I realised that I shouldn't do that anymore...I should stop keep pleasing other, I should learn how to please God more.

Ni la contohnya...Member aku kata:

Member A: "Kau nanti ambik course apa kat university?...member aku kata, course ni susah, tak bagus.."

Member B: "Eh..kau dapat sambung belajar kat U ___ tu ke?hoishh..member aku kata jauh la tempat tu,hutan pulak sekelilingnya. Serius ke kau nak pegi sana?"

Hahaha..ni aku tak cakap la pasal orang lain nye stories kan, ni antara soalan yang member aku penah kata kat aku..masa tu quite distracted jugak, susah nak buat pilihan..sebab ikut sangat apa orang kata. Too much "what if" on my mind..

Kadangkala aku terlupa Tuhan sedang merencanakan sesuatu yang lebih baik bila Dia tempatkan aku di sesuatu tempat baru yang mungkin jauh dari segala kemudahan yang lengkap..bila tengok2 balik, sebenarnya Tuhan nak aku belajar untuk keluar dari COMFORT ZONE! :') kena move out!!! Tak boleh sentiasa selesa..dekat2 ngan family! Kena jugak belajar jadi totally independent.

...kena go through some challenges because God is the best planner..when you have faith in God, you can overcome all the obstacles. With God, things might not be too easy BUT He will provide you strength to stay strong all the way.. :') Rasanya semua agama sentiasa ajar kita untuk bersangka baik pada Tuhan..Thanks God.

Sekarang kan zaman berteknologi canggih, sebelum kita percaya semua yang orang kata...apa kata kalau kita cari inisiatif untuk do some research, analyse sendiri..when we want to believe in something, we need to believe in ourselves. Takkan la semua perkara pun nak ikut apa orang kata kan? 

For those yang always listen to others...try to think back..talk to God for HE will always be the best one to help you decide!

When it comes to Herbalife pulak...bila promote bout products to someone yang kita rasa memerlukannya untuk ubah kehidupan, manage weight & improve health...terus dapat bermacam-macam feedback, ada yang negatif ada jugak yang positif. Contohnya "member" aku kata, dia jadi kurus tapi lepas stop consume Herbalife tak boleh makan banyak benda sebab takut gemuk balik.

Then ada pulak yang kata, aku tak nampak logik berat badan boleh turun dalam beberapa hari..

Hmmm..just nak beritahu yang Personal Wellness Coach will teach you how to eat right..as far as I know, you still can eat pizza, fried chicken, ice cream, cakes once in a while. It's just that you should take them in small portion. Kena ubah sikit kot mind-set tu..

Pasal penurunan berat badan, tak pernah dijanjikan pun bila you consume Herbalife products confirm2 boleh turun berat sampai 10kg dalam masa sebulan..ada je yang turun 10kg dalam masa 3-4 bulan. sebenarnya semua tu depends dengan usaha kita, result for every indiduals are typical. Makan la banyak mana pun...10 set produk ke..kalau tak disiplin, memang takkan dapat resultnye.. Soalan 1st, SUDAHKAH ANDA MINUM SHAKE HARI INI?

Saya karang entri ni sambil minum shake cappucino! Sedap sangattttttt...sapa tak start consume lagi, berminat nak consume Herbalife untuk sihat; lepas habis baca entri saya boleh la contact saya cepat2..haha *iklan sebentar*

Sebenarnya entri ni special untuk downlines saya yang jauh dari saya, maybe some of them rasa susah buat Herbalife ni..susah ke tak tu mind set je la.

Even dekat2 dengan sponsor pun, kalau kita tak buat kerja memang takkan ubah apa2..betul tak?

Most of my downlines mesti tau how I start doing Herbalife..bulan pertama je duduk ngan Aisyah (my beloved sponsor) tapi tu pun buat bisnes for 2 weeks je.final exam oiiii!!!!!..lepas tu saya balik Sarawak untuk praktikal. Aisyah memang tak teman la, kitorang duduk jauh2..haha

Masa start buat Herbalife kat Sarawak, even if ni negeri kelahiran saya rasa sangat susah...susah nak grow!

Sebab apa susah? Sebab saya sendiri yang nak fikir susah, so jadi susah la...cuba kalau terus buat je kan, takkan ada masa pun nak fikir susah ni. Negative mind set! tolong jangan duplicate ye~

Hari2 nangis sebab tak tahu nak buat macam mana, DMO apa patut guna untuk lebih banyak communicate dengan new people. Nangis je, memang la 1 apa tak jadi sebab saya tak usaha...tak boleh nak salahkan orang lain, memang salah sendiri!

Kita selalu lupa yang kita ada Tuhan kan? God will never leave us alone, we're the 1 that sometimes forget about Him..

Bila kita doa, percayalah Tuhan tunjukkan dan bukakan jalan untuk kita.

Kadang2 perkataan susah ni jadi ALASAN je pun! Sebenarnya kita belum betul2 nak capai sesuatu benda tu..so kita  akan bagi alasan susah!padahal di sebalik susah tu terselit MALAS.

Saya sangat inspired dengan 1 of President's Team ni..

Luarrrrrrr biasa kan dia??? Kalau kita still boleh dapat public transports kat Malaysia ni, please jangan bagi alasan tak ada kereta sebab tu tak boleh buat Herbalife! Saya pun tak ada kereta...tapi jangan jadikan tu alasan, jom jadikan tu dorongan untuk kerja kuat2! Kena percaya bila kita ikhlas tolong orang, nanti Tuhan datangkan rezeki tu dari semua arah :)

Sebab orang yang betul2 nak berjaya sentiasa mencari jalan, bukan beri alasan (ni cikgu2 selalu cakap la since parents saya both cikgu kan..hehe)

You still think doing Herbalife in Malaysia is hard??? Kat Malaysia belum sampai lagi tahap kena guna lembu atau kuda untuk hantar products! If you say that it's hard, HARD COMPARE TO WHAT?

Kita sometimes suka complain...pling common,kita complain yang buat Herbalife ni susah!..is it too hard to do?if you think doing Herbalife is hard, HARD COMPARE TO WHAT???

Saya dulu pun selalu nak complain...susah, tak ada kawan nak buat any DMO..tapi Tuhan beri kesedaran awal..kalau nak berjaya, tak perlu pun ikut2 kawan..kalau ikut2 orang ni, nanti senang distracted!

Takkan la kawan nak quit buat something, you nak quit jugak?

Come on guys, be independent okay! :) Bisnes Herbalife ni bukan ikut2 kawan..this bisnes is your business! You will bring lots of people success, bak kata Mak Yang.

Kalau orang reject kita pun NO PROBLEM..kena cari NEW PEOPLE yang betul2 perlukan kita & serius mahu dibantu. Tak susah pun tu, just be positive! Bukan kita sorang je yang kena reject, kan? (ni antara ayat untuk sedapkan hati sendiri la ni) hehehe..

As usual, before kita nak bantu orang yang penting kita kena la bantu diri sendiri kan? :) #notetomyself

Which 1 is your choice?

Kadang2 kita dalam situasi dilema...tapi apa2 pun, just kena ingat FINAL DECISION is from OURSELVES...orang lain takkan boleh decide! Kalau orang decide, nanti lama2 semangat kita akan hilang jugak..sebab pilihan tu bukan pilihan kita. Jom sama2 belajar untuk buat keputusan sendiri sebab nanti sampai 1 masa, kita takkan terus boleh bergantung sepenuhnya pada orang lain.

Bila kita betul2 nak something, kita memang akan usaha..no matter how hard it seems to be!

So my dear downlines, please DON'T think that bila korang jauh dari saya, korang tak boleh grow..

Percaya tak Tuhan bagi kita dugaan sebab Tuhan tahu kita mampu untuk menghadapinya kan?

The toughest journey will always be the best story!

Best solution is JUST DO IT! Don't take too much time to think...sebab banyak sangat fikir ni nanti kita takkan buat apa2 improvement.

Jom kerja kuat2 sekarang...kita sacrifice for few years but we'll enjoy the rest of our lives. *doa ketat2*

Seriously out of 2 Spectacular I've attended, this was the BEST SPECTACULAR EVER!

1st Spectacular, pegi berdua sahaja dengan my beloved sponsor, Aisyah Rahman...

Nak dijadikan cerita, pergi sehari je pulak tu -____-" nasib baik sempat tengok Stephan Gratziani ;) hehehee~

But in 2013, kami hadir full 3-days-training!!!!!! syukur :')

Banyak gilerrrrrr belajar kat Spectacular..it's not only bout business but it's about LIFE! I repeat, LIFE!

Banyak benda aku kena improve sebab I have to be a good leader so that I can produce better leaders in the future in my organization...

Teringat sebelum ni aku selalu down sebab isu "DISCOUNTING" tapi bila attend Spectacular, mata terbuka besar2. During Supervisor Training...Executive Pres Team Allen Peter said something like this "Kalau orang tu tak beretika, dia akan menarik orang yang tak beretika masuk ke dalam organisasi dia." 

So I start to think again, memang betul pun...sebab dalam Herbalife ni duplication adalah salah satu perkara wajib! Kalau aku tak beretika, mesti orang2 dalam organisasi aku pun akan duplicate apa aku buat...so, kenapa aku nak down kan?aku tak dapat customer yang suka minta discount2, aku patut bersyukur...Chill-lah!!!!

As always, we always want the best for our team...so I've decided to go GETeam in 2013. I'll do it for my family & for my team! :) May God shows us the best way to grow and help more people in term of health and wealth.
